HEICO, a German company, celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2020 since its founding in 1900. This achievement is solely thanks to the long-standing support of all of you, for which we are truly grateful. In our company, we actively develop and manufacture our own unique tools and processing machines, implement in-house heat treatment and surface processing, and introduce process control systems to improve product quality and production efficiency. We will continue to aim for the development of products that realize "reliable, safe, and easy fastening," responding to our customers' needs based on the extensive know-how cultivated from our many years of experience and achievements.

Born in Germany, HEICO-LOCK(R) provides high anti-loosening performance and reliability even under intense vibrations and dynamic loads. The anti-loosening effect of the HEICO-LOCK(R) series has been verified through vibration tests in accordance with international standards: - German Industrial Standards (DIN 65151, DIN 25201-4) - U.S. Aerospace Standards (NASM 1312-7) 【Features】 ■ The inner surface of the washer has a wedge-shaped cam surface, while the outer surface has radial teeth. ■ The radial teeth on the outer surface of the washer firmly spike into the bolt/nut and the joined material. ■ The movement of the system occurs only between the wedge-shaped cam surfaces on the inside of the washer. ■ Movement at the wedge-shaped cam surfaces effectively increases the axial force of the bolt. ■ It provides reliable fastening strength under dynamic loads. *Please feel free to contact us for more details.
